Product descriptions, previews, file formats and other product information may be updated or changed from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update any product at any time.
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital products. LUMI reserves the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by applicable law.
Your order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Your purchases are licensed for personal and commercial use in accordance with the Digital Product License set out in Section 6 of these Terms.
The purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original digital files to you.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time of purchase and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Any applicable taxes will be displayed or calculated as required by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information for purchases made through our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and payment information when necessary so that we can complete transactions and contact you when required.
SECTION 5 – DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered electronically.
After successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased files through the digital delivery method provided by our store or digital delivery service.
Please make sure that the email address provided at checkout is correct and that your device and software support the purchased file format.

LUMI is not responsible for problems caused by unsupported software, devices, applications or technical environments that are outside our control.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
All digital products sold by LUMI, including but not limited to PNG, SVG, JPG, PDF, ZIP files, graphics, clipart, illustrations, templates and other downloadable content, remain the intellectual property of LUMI or its licensors.
When you purchase a digital product from LUMI, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the purchased files for both personal and commercial purposes.
You may use, modify, resize, recolor, combine and incorporate the purchased files into your own personal or commercial projects.
You may use the purchased files in designs created for yourself or your clients, printed materials, websites, social media content, marketing materials and physical products that you create and sell.
You may incorporate the purchased files into original designs and end products for commercial purposes.
However, you may not:
- resell the original digital files;
- redistribute or share the original files;
- give the original files away to another person;
- sublicense or transfer the original files;
- upload the original files to file-sharing websites or download platforms;
- sell the files as standalone digital products;
- include the original files in competing digital download bundles or collections;
- make the original files available for download by customers, clients or other third parties;
- claim ownership or copyright of the original LUMI files.
The license granted to you applies only to the purchased digital files and does not transfer copyright or ownership of those files.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain with LUMI.
LUMI’s name, logo, product names, designs and other branding elements may not be used without prior written permission.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services as part of the Services.
Such tools may be provided by third parties that we do not control or monitor.
Your use of third-party tools is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and LUMI.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages or liabilities arising from your purchases or transactions with LUMI, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
