RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LUMI.

LUMI sells digital design elements, including downloadable PNG and SVG files and other digital graphics.

Because our products are delivered digitally, there are no physical products to return.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by LUMI are digital products unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description.

After a successful purchase, your purchased files are made available for download through our digital delivery system.

Please review the product description, previews, file formats and product details before completing your purchase.

REFUNDS

If you experience a technical problem with your purchased files, such as a corrupted file, missing file or a file that cannot be accessed or downloaded, please contact us at egluttte@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem by providing a replacement file, correcting the issue or otherwise assisting you.

If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we may provide a refund where appropriate and as permitted by applicable law.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because our products are digital content supplied by download, the right to cancel a purchase may end once you have agreed to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal when the download or other supply of the digital content begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

EU CUSTOMERS

For customers in the European Union, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once delivery of the digital content has begun, provided that you have expressly consented to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, as required by applicable law.

Where applicable, LUMI will provide the required information and obtain the required consent before digital delivery begins.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

DOWNLOAD AND ACCESS PROBLEMS

If you cannot download or access your purchased files, please contact us at egluttte@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and describe the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the files you purchased.

INCORRECT PURCHASE

Please carefully review the product description, previews, file formats and product details before purchasing.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us at egluttte@gmail.com.

We will review the order and may provide an appropriate refund for the duplicate purchase where permitted by applicable law.

PRODUCT QUALITY AND COMPATIBILITY

Please check that the file format is compatible with the software or application you intend to use before purchasing.

LUMI cannot guarantee compatibility with every software program, device or operating system.
